The Uni-Pak System's beauty is found in its design and construction. No other reusable container is as strong or resilient. The Uni-Pak System is manufactured by using some of the world's most durable materials. These materials were chosen and specially designed to withstand the rigors of a multi-use shipping and receiving environment.

Each Uni-Pak System container is comprised of a specially fitted plastic pallet and top, and a collapsible triple wall corrugated sleeve. The Uni-Pak System's pallet and top are formed from two sheets of high-molecular weight, high-density polyethylene plastic resin. The twin-sheet thermoformed plastic pallet and top utilize prime resin, resulting in a product that is extremely rugged, yet remarkably impact-resistant.

Believe it or not, the Uni-Pak System's unique twin-sheet thermoformed design is far superior to injection-molded containers made from structural foam. Plastic containers that utilize structural foam simply lack the durability of the twin sheet Uni-Pak since structural foam has a tendency, in the dynamic environment, to crack or shatter on impact.

The third component of each Uni-Pak System container is a heavy-duty, triple wall corrugated sleeve, designed for numerous reuses. The sleeves are collapsible, and easily stored and repackaged for return shipment with the nested pallets and tops.

The Uni-Pak System's twin-sheet approach results in a pallet that is extremely tough. Our plastic pallets and tops have a ten-year life expectancy, while our triple-wall corrugated sleeves have been used a multitude of times before requiring replacement.
