		The Uni-Pak System's design allows it to do more work. The Uni-Pak System's high-performance corrugated sleeve supplies excellent stacking strength from the use of its unique AAA fluted configuration and its unique structure of liners and mediums. Each sleeve is specially die-cut so that it conforms perfectly to each plastic pallet and top. And because each sleeve nestles all the way down to the floor when fitted into the pallet, the weight of each load when stacked is transferred more evenly, allowing the Uni-Pak System container to hold tremendous amounts of weight. Furthermore, the Uni-Pak System's sleeve pallet fit design is patented, and can not be matched by our competition.

The Uni-Pak System sleeve is so rigid in a stacking situation that the bottom container can withstand weights of up to 10,000 pounds, making the Uni-Pak System applicable and economical in virtually every facet of shipping, storage and manufacturing. The Uni-Pak System's patented locking mechanism eliminates the need for costly and time consuming strapping or stretch wrapping systems. This unique feature allows the Uni-Pak System container to maintain its integrity no matter how full the container may be, or whether the top is on.

		While the Uni-Pak System is designed for universal applications, it can also be custom-designed to meet specific needs. For example drop panels can be added to allow easy access to each Shuert Uni-Pak System container (even when stacked). In many cases, pallets can be steel-reinforced for special racking applications. Unit height is variable, allowing users to custom-order the Uni-Pak System container that best meets their reusable material handling needs.
